Here's some simple things I've managed to make with 3D modeling apps.
Not exactly the greatest stuff out there, but it's free.<g>

 

Models are not textured and are not UVMapped.
They are beginner models, no guarantees. They worked fine for me at least.<g>
Textures shown in images were done in Bryce 5 .
